180-day guarantee and refunds
Try your Lumeris system for up to 180 days. If you do not see the change you wanted, tell us and we will refund your order.
How it works
- The 180 days start on the day your order is delivered.
- Follow the routine and needle-cleaning steps on our How it works page.
- To request a refund, email support@lumerisderm.com from the address you ordered with, and include your order number.
- We will refund the order to your original payment method through Shopify.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, email us and we will make it right. Please do not use a needle head from damaged or opened packaging.
Used products
Because microneedle heads and serums are personal-use items, we cannot resell them. Please do not send them back unless we ask you to.
Your other rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live. Results vary from person to person, and our systems are cosmetic products.
