Our systems are cosmetic products for adults. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace advice from a clinician. Results vary from person to person.

Microneedling carries risks if done incorrectly. Read the safety and cleaning steps on our How it works page before use, follow the guide in the box, and check with a clinician first if you have a health condition.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Shopify on its secure checkout, which also confirms final shipping and any tax. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Shipping is free within the US. International rates are confirmed at checkout, and you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country. We will email you when your order ships.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Order links work like passwords, so please do not share them.
